Nearly 100 new houses are being proposed for land off Glenoran Road in Helensburgh.
Developers Persimmon Homes have submitted a proposal of application notice to Argyll and Bute Council for 95 homes on the site – pictured right (click to enlarge image).
A consultation event has been scheduled for the Ardencaple Hotel in Rhu from 1pm to 7pm on March 16; more details are available on Argyll and Bute Council’s website – the reference number is 16/00461/PAN.
