James Naughtie in conversation in Cove

Internationally-renowned broadcaster James Naughtie is the latest personality to be In Conversation in Cove Burgh Hall.

Well-known as a former presenter of BBC Radio 4’s The World at One and The Today Programme, he began his journalistic career at the Aberdeen Press and Journal, before going on to The Scotsman, The Washington Post and The Guardian.

He is now a special correspondent for BBC News and presents Radio 4’s Bookclub.

His voice will be particularly prominent this year as he specialises in the US elections.

He will be talking to Ruth Wishart on Sunday February 18 – doors open at 11.45am, with lunch from 12noon and the event itself from 1pm.
