An early taste of Christmas is coming to Cove next weekend – and raising money for lifeboats.
The Art of Christmas is being organised by the Cove and Kilcreggan branch of the RNLI.
Original artwork will be on sale, together with RNLI Christmas cards and goods, baking and locally made bags and cards.
Tea or coffee and mince pies are included in the £3.50 entry price, and there will be a raffle at the event in Cove Burgh Hall from 11am to 1pm on Saturday November 4.
A spokesperson for the local group said: ” Please come along to help us raise loads of money for those who save lives at sea.
“Any donations of baking or preserves would be gratefully received and can be delivered on the day – it’s about getting into the festive spirit and helping others.”
