A celebration of all things American is being held in Arrochar to mark independence day.
Festival Americana will feature the music of Billy Lee and the Swamp Critters, all the way from Texas, playing cajun and zydecho music, and engaging the dance floor.
There will also be local musicians, Cajun and American food, real Ales and a full bar, as well as children’s activities and much more.
Billy Lee and his ‘critters’ take the floor at 3pm – but there will be music, food, games and real ale all afternoon, starting at 12.30 on Sunday July 2 in the Three Villages Hall.
Tickets are £10, or£5 for children 12 and under, but although they will be available on the door, organisers expect it to be a busy event and encourage advance booking via the website.
