The new year swim at Rhu Marina is returning to mark the start of 2023.
Registration is now open for the RNL fundraiser, which was a popular annual fixture until the pandemic.
Registration closes at 12 noon on Friday December 30 – everyone taking part must read and accept the terms and conditions.
On the day ‘check in’ opens at 11.30 am and the swim starts at 12:00 pm.
Everyone registered will be given a wristband giving access to the pontoons.
There are no changing facilities at the Lifeboat station so please remember to bring a towel and warm clothes.
Soup will be provided afterwards.
A spokesperson for the Helensburgh RNLI crew said: “Whether you are taking a New Year Dook or just spectating everyone is welcome. Support our crew to help save lives at sea. “
