Appeal after kitten found near Faslane

An appeal for information has been issued after a kitten was found in poor condition near to Faslane.

The Scottish SPCA is now caring for the kitten at one of its centres after it was found on Monday.

A spokesperson said: “It is estimated that he is young enough that he should still be with his mother.

“Thankfully he is now safe and being cared for at one of our centres.

“If you recognise this kitten or have any information about this incident, please call our confidential animal helpline on 03000 999 999.”

The charity is not currently accepting notes of interest or rehoming enquiries for the kitten.
