Police appeal after cars torched in Rosneath

Police are investigating after two cars were deliberately set on fire in Rosneath yesterday.

The Renault Kadjar and Saab 93 were reported to be on fire at 2.30am while parked on the road at Courthill.

The fires were extinguished, but police say they both sustained significant damage, although no-one was injured.

Following a joint investigation between Police Scotland and Scottish Fire and Rescue, the fire-raising is being treated as wilful.
