A fourth version of plans for housing a on a site in Kilcreggan has been revealed.
There have been three previous proposals for the land north west of Shore Cottage on Fort road in the last seven years.
The new plan submitted by Frank Phipps is for four detached houses, each with four bedrooms, plus a sewage treatment plant and vehicular access.
A plan for 14 houses on the site was submitted in 2012 but later withdrawn, while plans six houses submitted in 2015 are marked as ‘pending decision’ by Argyll and Bute Council.
In 2016 plans for nine houses were submitted, but these were withdrawn after 31 objections, with 12 comments submitted in favour.
