Cove and Kilcreggan sites proposed in Local Development Plan

Several new sites have been proposed for inclusion in the new statutory plan by landowners and developers.

They are coded by colour: Green – a ‘preferred site’; Amber – ‘needs to be considered further’; Red – site not preferred for inclusion in LDP2

In Cove and Kilcreggan sites are proposed for housing only – these are:

• Land off School Road, Kilcreggan, proposed for residential development, ‘Green’: site number 34
• Behind the bowling green, residential, Red: number 35
• Land next to Craigrownie Gardens, residential, Red, number 36
• Above Barbour Road and School Road, residential, Red, number 37
• Old army camp at South Ailey Farm, residential, Amber, number 39
• Land off North Ailey Hill, residential, red, number 40

• Land off Argyll Road, Kilcreggan, residential, amber, number 66
