Karen Harvey, the 45 year-old woman who went missing from Helensburgh yesterday, has been found safe and well.
A major search involving police, the Royal Navy’s search and rescue helicopter and the Helensburgh lifeboat, was mounted yesterday (Friday).
And today Police Scotland said she had been found, with a spokesperson thanking everyone who had helped to raise awareness during the search.
Rhu’s post office has reopened, after being closed for several weeks.
Technical problems involving internet systems were thought to have been responsible for the closure.
