Entries for the third Cobbler Hill Race are already at capacity – just five days after opening.
The event which raises money for the Arrochar Mountain Rescue team has reached its maximum of 160 people.
A waiting list for the event on Saturday April 13 is available here.
Meanwhile the team was called out when a walker became crag-fast after sliding 50 metres on snow last Sunday.
The rescue team got within 200 metres but when a second person in the group said they were having problems rescuers decided to call in the Coastguard helicopter.
Both people were safely uplifted and returned to the foot of the mountain.
