Spring sees Geilston Gardens reopen

Geilston Gardens near Cardross reopen to the public next Monday (March 11)

Open daily from 10am to 5pm, the 200-year-old gardens owned by the National Trust for Scotland contain huge variety and year-round interest – from the walled garden with its grand Wellingtonia tree, to the woodland walk alongside Geilston Burn

Admission for non-members  is £8.50 with a family entry priced at £20, concessions are £6.50 and Young Scot entry is £1.

And the reopening is swiftly followed by four days of Easter Trails for children from March 29 to April 1.

See www.nts.org.uk for more information about the gardens and events.
