Staff at Rosneath Castle Park are celebrating this week after winning two awards.
Scotland Prestige Awards named Rosneath Castle as their caravan park of the year, saying it was ‘a true hidden gem’.
The announcement added: “The family-owned and managed park has been operating for almost 70 years and in that time has built a fantastic reputation for being a breathtaking and well-equipped destination that makes it easy for couples and families to enjoy the stunning environment.”
Judges were particularly impressed by how the park was adapting to the changing needs of guests, with a new motorhome and touring development soon to open featuring 19 pitches and separate wash house buildings.
A total of 29 caravan parks were initially shortlisted, with five making the finals of the awards.
The park has also been named caravan park of the year in western Scotland by LuxLife Hospitality Awards, in recognition of commitment to customer service, creativity and innovation.
A spokesperson said: “We honestly couldn’t be prouder of all the hard work everyone has put in to achieve these very special awards.
“It is a true testament to how far we have come!
“And a huge thank you to all of our owners, residents, holiday makers and visitors for giving us the motivation to continue to make Rosneath a very special place to be.”
