Cream teas on the menu again in Clynder

Luxury cream teas will be served for charity in Clynder again after a successful first venture last year.

Alison and Douglas Murray raised over £300 in 2022 for Help For Heroes with a cream teas event in their garden.

As last year, an exhibition will feature glass art by Cass Peters and wood art by Andy Houston, while this year here will also be a new ceramic artist – Lorna McHardy.

Tea and scones will be served in the garden of at Elmbank on Shore Road – in domes in case of rain – on July 1 from 12 noon to 4pm.

There will be gluten-free scones available.
