A record number of nominations have already been submitted in the 2023 Argyll and Bute Volunteer of The Year awards.
Nominations close at 12 noon on Friday, but already 90 volunteers have been nominated for an honour.
Categories include:
- Lifetime achievement
- Volunteer over 25
- Young volunteer
- Volunteer team
- Volunteer organisation
- Health and wellbeing volunteer
- Sports coach
- Young sports coach
- Regional heroes for Oban & Lorn, Helensburgh & Lomond, Mid Argyll & Campbeltown, Cowal & Bute and the islands
- and community learning volunteer
The awards are sponsored by Argyll & Bute Third Sector Interface in partnership with Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership and Live Argyll.
