Willow, the beloved dog which has been missing in Kilcreggan for more than a week after a car accident, has finally been found – after following a pork pie trail
The sproodle ran away after her owner was injured in a road accident on Ferry Brae on Sunday May 22.
Her owner Amanda Baird had to be treated in hospital for spinal injuries after the crash, and since then dozens of Kilcreggan residents have been searching for the four year-old dog.
There were several sightings around Fort Road and Barbour Road, but the nervous pet ran away fro strangers.
This morning though Kilcreggan resident Daren Page managed to tempt her into his house by leaving a trail of pork pie into his home.
She is now said to be thin but calm.
