‘Hard hat’ tours of the Maid of the Loch paddle steamer have proved so popular that they are now being extended.
The inside view of the historic vessel at Balloch will now be available from 11am to 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays until November 7.
The steam winch house will also be in action and the new shipbuilding on the Clyde exhibition will be open in the slipway cabin, now encased in a mural showing the scene in a 1950s shipyard.
Volunteer director Anne Urquhart said: “This is a unique chance to visit the ship close up and get the inside story on this amazing endeavour, powered exclusively by dedicated volunteers – don’t miss it!”
