Heavy rain causing floods across Helensburgh area

Heavy rain affected the Helensburgh and Lochside area today, with several roads including the A814, A82, A817 and B833 affected by heavy rain.

Farmfoods on East Clyde Street in Helensburgh was forced to close by flooding, while the Kilcreggan ferry sailings were cancelled.

No weather warnings are in place, but the Met Office has forecast that heavy rain will continue for most of the night, starting to ease at about 2am.
