The six-part series is due to be screened on BBC One Scotland in the autumn, although exact date shave not yet been confirmed.

Erin said the BBC had been put in touch with her and her husband Alan as their Loch Long ‘Pied Piper’ is the oldest sailing vessel at the club.

“We were Joined on Tuesday afternoon by Paul, a camera man , sound man and producer,” she said.

“Cove Sailing Club commodore Stewart Brown very kindly gave up his afternoon to drive the club RIB as a support boat for the team.

“We had a pleasant sail/ float around Loch Long. The filming was fun and Paul put me at ease in front of the not-so-small camera.

“We are looking forward to seeing the finished article in the autumn of this year.”
