Historic buildings in Helensburgh could be turned into a restaurant, bar, deli and flats.
Glasgow-based Peckhams have submitted plans for the former council offices on Sinclair Street, which were put on the market last year for £220,000 by Argyll and Bute Council.
The B-listed buildings, designed by John Honeyman, would be transformed if the plans are approved by the council.The plans include a licensed restaurant and bar, function suites, six flats and outdoor seating areas.
