Tickets for the second Cove and Kilcreggan Book Festival are now on sale.
The event in Cove Burgh Hall will welcome some of the best-known names in Scottish crime writing on Saturday November 28 – Val McDermid and Denise Mina will star in the afternoon event.
AL Kennedy and Jackie Kay will appear the next day, which will also feature a debate between two of the best-known faces in Scottish journalism – Iain MacWhirter of the Sunday Herald and the Daily Telegraph’s Alan Cochrane.
To book places, go to the ‘contact’ section of the burgh hall website and select ‘tickets’.
Tomorrow (Saturday 18th), the burgh hall will host Craigrownie Parish Church’s Afternoon Tea and Handbag Sale at 2pm.
Home baking and tea will be available – as well as handbags, scarves and jewellery. Tickets are £3.
