A Loch Lomondside inn has been shortlisted as one of the most stylish in Scotland.
The historic Loch Lomond Arms Hotel in Luss, which re-opened last year after a £3.5m refurbishment, has been nominated for a Scottish Style Award in the most stylish hotel category.
Past winners in various categories include Calvin Harris, David Tennant, Emeli Sande, KT Tunstall and Christopher Kane, while Cameron House, Dakota, Hotel du Vin @ One Devonshire Gardens and The Glasshouse @ Eskmills are amongst previous recipients in the hospitality categories.
The judging panel will include actors Martin Compston and Sophie Kennedy Clark, retailers Emporio Armani and Cruise, and musicians Chvrches, Glasvegas and The Cuban Brothers.
Other nominees in the hotel category are Aldourie Castle Estate, Loch Ness; citizenM, Glasgow; Mhor 84 Motel, Balquhidder; and Whitefalls Spa Lodges, Isle of Lewis.
Owned by Luss Estates, the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel launched in August 2012 following the historic coaching inn’s refurbishment into a 14 bedroom hotel with traditional bar, dedicated function suite and informal restaurant.
It aims to strike an easy balance between village pub, dining destination and romantic retreat.

The 2013 Scottish Style Awards in association with Moet & Chandon takes place on Saturday November 9 at Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
