Apple Day planned for Geilston Garden

An event to celebrate the apple harvest and wildlife is being held at Geilston Garden next month.

Apple Day at the gardens near Cardross will see a treasure hunt, apple juicing, apple trail, Will Tell Dell, soup lunch and teas with homemade cake.

It will run from 12 noon until 4pm on Sunday October 2 and all evens are free – admission to the garden is free for National Trust for Scotland members, but otherwise normal admission charges apply.

It is being organised by the Friends of Geilston and more informaiton is available on their website – friendsofgeilston.org – and Facebook page.
