The former visitor centre in Luss is up for rent, with offers over £15,000 a year invited.
With views over Loch Lomond, the building was until recently operated as a luxury soap business and cafe by Purdie’s of Argyll.
The two-storey building is being marketed by Glasgow estate agents Ryden.
The company’s website states that the property was first opened in 1994 and has a Class 10 (non-residential) consent, but ‘is available for alternative uses, subject to planning’.
It adds: “The subjects previously operated as a visitor centre with a cafe and retail area and ancillary offices above.
“The ground floor retail area benefits from a double height ceiling with large, full height glazed frontage overlooking Loch Lomond.
“The first floor benefits from a separate entrance and comprises offices, kitchen/tea prep area and staff toilets.
“The property has the benefit of a fantastic frontage which has a vista onto the west side of Loch Lomond.”
