Riverhill deli’s expansion bid in Helensburgh

A delicatessen and bistro business  is looking to expand by moving into a public hall in Helensburgh.

Riverhill was set up on Sinclair Street in 2010, but now its owners want to set up in a larger building off West Princes Street.

A planning application for change to use to restaurant/café/deli has been submitted to Argyll and Bute Council.

The new site is behind the shop frontages in West Princes Street, adjacent to the Sinclair Street car park and the Buffet Shop – see the location plan below.

Details of the application are available on the council’s website – search for reference 13/01148/PP – as well as Helensburgh library and the council office in Blairvadach, Shandon.
