The first step for complaints is

Inverclyde’s representative is a Conservative, David Wilson, who has been quoted in apparent support of the new vessel, saying it is better than the Seabus (although it is claimed to be slower and smaller) and that it has central heating – presumably the heating will be of little benefit to those who are exposed to the elements if more than 40 passengers are on board. His contact details are here – unusually there does not appear to be  publicly available email address for him.
